Gentle Yoga
This evening class starts and ends with breath work and centering. Poses are held longer for strengthening and stretching muscles. Props will be available for assistance. Mats will be available, however you may bring your own.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class is more challenging and moves at a faster pace, focusing on building strength, flexibility and balance through a continuous flow of movement. Knowledge and experience of basic yoga is recommended. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Monday Stregth and More Core
